What do you call these cookies I grew up calling them pan de polvo, but my good friend Sonia from La Pina en la Cocina is from Monterey. Our guests were delighted and complemented us on the venue. There was also a gentleman named Isaias who works really close to Luis and takes care of the set up. Our package included the smaller venue (casa real) for the bridal shower and that place was also amazing. Luis always answered all my calls and texts and was always available to go over details. He even packed the leftover food for us to go (we took our container though). I wish I could remember his name (started with an "O"), he was just amazing. I was just so grateful for the main waiter who was directing and helping the rest. They served the cake and pan de polvo accordingly. During the toast (which caught us by surprise) the waiters helped us by opening and pouring the champagne.

They refilled our guests tea constantly and even served food to guests who arrived a bit after 8.


The restrooms were clean, the AC was cold enough and the bar was fully stocked for our guests. The venue looked amazing and the food was perfect. Luis and his staff did an outstanding job for our wedding on 10-7-17.
